Daytrottin'

I discovered Daytrotter last week, and it's my new favorite place to download great, free new music.  Daytrotter is a little recording outfit in Rock Island, Illinois that captures raw, lovely recordings made by traveling indie acts with borrowed gear, then distributes them, free!

Here is the first playlist I've made with my auditory loot.  It was a hit this weekend.  Cody covered himself with bead necklaces and started dancing around each time The Get Up Kids came on, and "The Waiting Song" is the best jam ever to listen to while you and your kids make coffee on a Saturday morning.
